Melons are just starting to come in season, and I can't wait to dig into all the different varieties available, each with its own fragrant flavor. Together, they're perfect in a fruit salad.
We all love watermelon, especially in the hot summertime. There are so many ways to enjoy it. Cool down with a watermelon ice, or a watermelon smoothie to beat the heat.
Watermelon is fresh and delicious, and did you know it's actually healthy for you? Here are some healthy reasons to enjoy watermelon this summer.

Improve your heart health by eating plenty of this stuff.

Have an upset stomach or heartburn? Eat 5-6 chunks of watermelon (slowly) to sooth the pain.
