A Great Addition To Your Weight Loss Plan

We all know that a healthy eating and exercise are the best way to lose weight. I don't care about all those fad diets, weight loss pills and shakes that claim to perform miracles. It's rubbish. I'm also guilty of trying a few of those diets myself. The best case scenario, lose a few pounds and gain it right back as soon as you start eating again. Don't believe them. It's a waste of time and money. Healthy living tips are plentiful on the Internet and magazines. Healthy eating is very important for weight loss.  Another great addition to your weight loss plan is massage therapy. How you say? Well massage is a popular method of helping you lose some pounds. A weight loss massage helps with muscle recovery and development, which is important to achieve successful weight loss. Massage boosts circulation in the body; it also assists in making sure your muscles receive the nutrients and oxygen necessary. A full body massage also regulates the exchange of nutrients between tissue cells and the bloodstream. After exercise, well developed muscles help you lose weight by more effectively burning calories even if you are resting.   Massage is great for dealing with stress. When the going gets tough, treat yourself to a massage. A weight loss massage can decrease the amount of cortisol in your body. Cortisol is a "stress hormone" that makes us gain weight, especially belly fat. If you are under stress, your digestion and metabolism become less effective. Massage helps to relieve your stress, allowing your body to digest food more effectively.   So a weight loss massage improves circulation while eliminating waste products built up by toxic substances slowing down muscle recovery after exercise. During exercise waste products like lactic acid and carbonic acid accumulate in your muscles. The toxic substance buildup needs to be eliminated to help achieve healthy muscles, healthy weight loss and healthy living.
