Fight acne with natural foods such as brightly colored fruits and vegetables that contain high levels of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. You already know that an assortment of minerals and vitamins are vital for your skin, but the antioxidants in produce can eliminate the free radicals in your body's skin cells. Free radicals damage the cells of your body, causing inflammation and aging. Bad Foods to Avoid

On the other hand, you will want to avoid the foods that cause acne. You may ingest a lot of bad foods each day without realizing it. Here is a list of foods that you should avoid as much as possible: · Milk – can cause inflammation in the skin  · Sugary treats – inflames your skin's cells · Fatty meat – too much grease can lead to oily skin · White potatoes – high in carbohydrates · Salty snacks – sodium is bad for your body
