For example, you will be able to pinpoint things that make healthy eating difficult. You will also be able to keep track of foods and beverages that aggravate your digestive system.You will also have an easier time staying on track. Keeping track of your daily skin care regimen, massage dates, spa treatment and exercise sessions will motivate you to keep doing what you are doing. In many cases, people do not keep up with their daily skin care regimen, facial schedule or massage therapy schedule because they fall into a rut.

What to Include in Your Total Wellness Plan

There are several things that you should include in your journal. You should list your goals and outline a plan for achieving those goals. For example, if you want to achieve healthy skin, then you will need to include what you plan on doing in your skin care regimen. Make sure that your journal includes both long-term and short-term goals. A short-term goal is something that you can complete within three months. A long-term goal is something that will probably take you longer than a year to achieve. You should also keep track of your progress. For example, if you want to improve your skin care regimen, then you should include weekly photos of your progress. Additionally, you should reward yourself when you meet your goals. For example, you can schedule a massage therapy session once you achieve your goal.
