Autumn is that exciting time of year when we say goodbye to the sweltering summer days and welcome in the cooler, refreshing temperatures of fall. Along with shorter chilly days comes favorite harvest traditions, including rewarding ourselves with some much-needed relaxation.    There are several ways to rejuvenate, including an indulgent day spa appointment, a massage therapy session or daily use of aromatherapy and meditation. Autumn scents for the spa are easily adaptable for each customer.   The list of fall essential oils commonly used or in special blends is quite lengthy. Their functions are just as varied as the oils and blends themselves. You don't have to limit your uses of them as an enhancement to meditation or relaxation.    You can diffuse them, use as spray air fresheners or make your own cleaning products.
