What Are You Thinking?

So what do you think about when you are having a massage? Can you turn your mind off and focus on some relaxation techniques? Is this your therapy to unwind from your busy life? You can benefit from massage therapy both physically and mentally. If you have never had a massage at the day spa, you really have to treat yourself to the experience. You might just be addicted and be game to try a few different types of massage therapy. But what are you thinking about while you are lying there? You're probably kicking yourself thinking – "This is amazing. Why did I wait so long to try this"? Do you feel like you've died and gone to heaven? I sure hope so. The first massage may be a little nerve tingling with embarrassment, but something tells me that you got over that shyness real quick.
