What Are You Thinking?

So what do you think about when you are having a massage? Can you turn your mind off and focus on some relaxation techniques? Is this your therapy to unwind from your busy life? You can benefit from massage therapy both physically and mentally. If you have never had a massage at the day spa, you really have to treat yourself to the experience. You might just be addicted and be game to try a few different types of massage therapy. But what are you thinking about while you are lying there?   You're probably kicking yourself thinking – "This is amazing. Why did I wait so long to try this"? Do you feel like you've died and gone to heaven? I sure hope so. The first massage may be a little nerve tingling with embarrassment, but something tells me that you got over that shyness real quick. 

Thoughts Everyone Has During a Massage

Ahhh this is just what I needed, an hour of relaxation. This heated bed is nice. I wonder if I can get one for home. I think I'm going to ask for a mani/pedi after this. Ok, time to get naked. Deep breathes, relax relax This music is so calming. Oh I want to buy some of this massage oil. It smells great. I'm going to fall asleep right here right now. I think I deserve to be pampered like this at least once a month. I wonder if she can tell I'm nervous. OMG if it hurts is that a good thing? I'm going to ask her to work on this knot in my neck. I think next month I'm going to try a hot stone massage. Oh wow my masseuse is a guy!! Nice This room smells nice. Lavender and vanilla I think. This bed is so comfy and the sheets are warm and cozy too. OMG I can really get used to this. Way to go!!! Relaxation finally! Oh no do I really have to go grocery shopping after this?
